Our investments in this strategic resource are in the form of education and qualification programs on purpose of helping employees skills and knowledge improve in response to their particular positions and personal objectives and aspirations. LEONI Bulgaria activities in education area pursue an integrative purpose as we aim at supporting professional qualities and skills of employees of various age and education belonging so that they would be optimally effective and confident in contributing to the plant development.
Some of LEONI Bulgaria programs:
- We collaborate with high schools in Pleven over practical traineeships at the plant and “Open Days” organizations;
- We enable dual education form to students from the Professional Mechanical and Electrotechnical High School;
- We partner renown Bulgarian universities including the University of Ruse and the Technical university in Gabrovo.
